Product Description
The HJ-500 horizontal ribbon mixer blends ground grain with protein meals, premixes and additives into a homogeneous ration. Twin ribbon spirals move material in opposite directions, reaching a coefficient of variation of 7% or better within 5–8 minutes per batch.
The trough is fully welded and polished, with a bottom slide gate for fast, complete discharge and minimal residue between batches — important when switching between medicated and normal feed.
Mounted on a frame with optional wheels, it can work standalone or be fed directly by our 9FQ grinder and discharge into the pellet mill hopper.
